Create your own glass dish and glass pendant! Beginning students will be introduced to the art of warm glass through colorful fusing techniques. Studio safety will be stressed. Students will learn designing, cutting, decorating, and firing glass using a variety of opaque and transparent glass.

Beginning students will be introduced to the art of warm glass through colorful fusing techniques. Studio safety will be
stressed. Students will learn designing, cutting, decorating, and firing glass using a variety of opaque and transparent
glass. (including stringers, frit, lampworked pieces and inclusions). This class should provide a foundation and inspiration for students to proceed to do fusing glass on their own and/or take more advanced classes.
Fee: $40, your own glass dish and pendant included! The featured creations were made by an actual beginner during the class at Los Alamos Makers.
